John Feigl is Co-Founder and Partner of PILFOR. Mr. Feigl began his corporate finance career at the Credit Product Group of Credit Suisse First Boston more than 20 years ago. He then joined the M&A and Strategy unit of PwC for three years. He then returned to Credit Suisse, becoming head of Credit Research Switzerland and establishing strategic financing solutions, providing advice on a significant number of domestic and non-domestic M&A, capital markets, funding and strategic transactions. In 2010, John Feigl joined Holcim as Group Rating Advisor and IR manager, where he worked on a range of projects and transactions, besides fostering Holcim’s debt and equity capital market positioning globally. Later John Feigl founded JMF Advisory, a debt & capital boutique that he brought into Deloitte upon joining its Swiss office in 2016 to establish the new service offering and advise corporate clients on financing-related transactions. Additionally, he also led Deloitte’s global rating advisory via the London office. In 2018, he co-founded PILFOR, and has since advised on several projects for a variety of corporate clients.
John Feigl’s guest lecturing activity in Corporate Finance & Treasury spans the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the University of Zurich and the University of St. Gallen. He obtained his masters degree from the University of St. Gallen (lic. oec. HSG), is a CFA charter holder and attended an executive program at INSEAD, Fontainebleau.
